"I was invited to Costa Rica for the first time early in 2009. I presented at Establo San Rafael, and was hosted by Elizabeth Hawkins and her family. If you want to have some time in the beauty of a totally natural experience of nature, this is the place. Super vegetarian food, georgous jungle, super people and the exotic atmosphere of Costa Rica. I only spent a week there, but it was a wonderful experience. I have been invited back and hope to go again as soon as I can."

We are a small family farm located in the mountains of Costa Rica. We offer experiential education based vacations for young people and their families that combine farm life, horseback riding, hiking and nature exploration, theatre, ceramics, visual arts, yoga, cooking, cultural activities and time for fun and play to provide a unique, life enriching experience.
