England / U.K.
Franklin first visited England in 2002 and goes there annually – sometimes several times a year.He was one of rthe first people to demonstrate Equine Facilitated Learning for learning disabled children in the U.K., and has presented extended EFL programs there. Past locations include Oxford, Stratford on Avon and others.
Greece
Franklin presented his first two day clinic in Athens, Greece at the reknowned Hellenic Riding Club in 2008. Located in the heart of Athens, this is the oldest, most beautiful and prestigious riding club in all Greece. It was truly an honor for Franklin, the first American gentle horse trainer, to have been invited to teach a seminar there.
Australia
Franklin has been going to Australia annually for many years. His travels have taken him to Victoria, Queensland, The Gold Coast and other areas. In 2010, he has scheduled a 5-day Heritage Ride through Australia's legendary High Country.
Ireland
Franklin began travelling to Ireland back in 2004, and has presented at such lovely locations as Castle Leslie, Drumcoura Lake resort and Equestrian Center and others. He now goes there annually.
Costa Rica
Franklin was invited to Costa Rica for the first time in 2009, where he presented at Establo San Rafael, and was hosted by Elizabeth Hawkins and her family. He hopes to be invited back again very soon!
United States
When he is not travelling, Franklin spends his time in Aspen Colorado. There he offers his Colorado Immersion Program, in addition to clinics and seminars. Prior to his move to Colorado, Franklin lived on the beautiful island of Maui Hawaii where founded and operated “The Maui Horses Whisperer Experience”.
